PAYMENT TERMS:

 within 5 working days after

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 10 days before the 
check-in date. In case of cancellationafter the specified period, the advance
 payment of the reservation is not refundable.

♦ In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the requested services
 is due and the reservation is cancelled.

♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid sums
 are not refunded and the remaining nights
 on the reservation are cancelled!
